Since March 2012, our Company has established two Sheltered Apartments in Peristeri and Ilion, Attica respectively. Since March 2013, the process of preparing the infrastructure and the residents has been completed and the Sheltered Apartments are operating normally. They are the new home for 4 and 4 residents respectively, who in the past lived in our Company’s Boarding Houses (or in other Psychosocial Support Units or in Psychiatric Hospitals) and their functionality has evolved so much that they can now live in a more autonomous living environment.
With these fellow human beings, we spend a large part of our day, taking care of them. This is our job. We ensure that they not only enjoy all the "basics" that every person enjoys in their life (food, accommodation, clothing, footwear, personal hygiene and care, medication, etc.), but also those that can help them improve the quality of their lives, developing new life skills.
